2019年小學(xué)生英語演講稿：堅持的力量

　　Nothing is difficult if you put your heart into it. Nothing is easy if you don’t try your best.

　　We often hear people say， “Never give up.” A person who believes in these words will keep trying to pursue his goal no matter how many times he fails. In my opinion， the quality of determination to succeed is an important one to have. Therefore， I believe that we should never give up.

　　One reason is that if we give up easily， we will achieve nothing. It is not unusual for us to fail in our first attempt at something new， so we should not feel discouraged. Besides， if we always give up when fail happens， we will can not develop new skills. Finally， we should never give up because as we work to reach our goals， we develop confidence， and this confidence can help us succeed in other areas of our lives.

　　Probably the greatest example of persistence is Abraham Lincoln. Born into poverty， Lincoln was faced with defeat throughout his life. He lost eight elections， twice failed in business and suffered a nervous breakdown. He could have quit many times - but he didn‘t and because he didn’t quit， he became one of the greatest presidents in the history of America.

　　Lincoln was a champion For the reason that ---he ，never gave up.

　　In short， no matter you succeed or not， you can learn something， no matter what we learn will help us to become more confident. If we give up， we have no chance to make our dreams come true， if we keep trying， there is always a chance， that we will succeed one day. Thank you very much！

　　世上無難事，只怕有心人。如果你不努力，沒有什么是容易的。

　　我們經(jīng)常聽到人們說：“永不放棄。”一個相信這些話的人，無論失敗多少次，都將繼續(xù)追求他的目標(biāo)。在我看來，成功的決心是很重要的。因此，我認(rèn)為我們不應(yīng)該放棄。

　　一個原因是，如果我們輕易放棄，我們將一事無成。我們第一次嘗試新事物時失敗并不罕見，所以我們不應(yīng)該感到氣餒。此外，如果我們總是在失敗的時候放棄，我們就無法發(fā)展新的技能。最后，我們永遠(yuǎn)不應(yīng)該放棄，因為當(dāng)我們努力實現(xiàn)我們的目標(biāo)時，我們會建立信心，這種信心能幫助我們在生活的其他方面取得成功。

　　也許最偉大的堅持就是亞伯拉罕·林肯。林肯出身貧寒，一生都面臨失敗。他在8次選舉中失敗，兩次失敗，并經(jīng)歷了精神崩潰。他本可以放棄很多次，但他沒有，因為他沒有放棄，他成為了美國歷史上最偉大的總統(tǒng)之一。

　　林肯是一個冠軍，因為他從不放棄。

　　總之，無論你成功與否，你都可以學(xué)到一些東西，無論我們學(xué)到什么都會幫助我們變得更加自信。如果我們放棄，我們就沒有機會實現(xiàn)我們的夢想，如果我們繼續(xù)努力，總有機會，我們終有一天會成功。非常感謝！
