一. 教學內(nèi)容
PEP Book Four Module 4 Unit 2 (新標準英語第四冊第四模塊第二單元) The weather tomorrow.
二.教學目標:
。、能聽、說、認讀表示天氣的單詞:hot. cold. sunny. rainy. snowy. windy并能在日常生活中運用。
2、能理解對話中的天氣預報,并能用英語做簡單的天氣預報。
。场⒛苈牰、會說句型:It will be windy in Beijing .并能在實際情景中實際運用。
。础⑴囵B(yǎng)學生的注意力、觀察力等綜合能力,鼓勵學生積極思維,挖掘?qū)W生們運用語言的創(chuàng)造能力。
三.教學重難點:
1、聽、說、認讀表示天氣的單詞:hot cold sunny rainy snowy windy
。、靈活運用重點句型It will be windy in Beijing.
3、激發(fā)學生的學習興趣和積極思維,促使其快樂體驗,成功實踐。
四.教具準備:
。、教師準備:多媒體課件一套
2、學生準備:表示天氣狀況的單詞小卡片和城市地名卡片。
五.教學過程:
Step 1: Warm – up / Revision (歌曲熱身,動畫導入)
1. Greeting: Good morning , boys and girls . Nice to see you again. How are you ?
2. Let’s sing an English song : London bridge’s falling down.
3. Let’s say a chant together: This is a little girl.(學生們跟著課件播放出的音樂邊做動作邊唱和說)
4.Let’s look out the window. What is the weather like today? (教師做開窗的動作,并引導學生看外面的天氣,直接引入主要的教學內(nèi)容)
Step 2: Presentation (新授內(nèi)容)
1. Teach the words about the weather: hot cold sunny rainy snowy windy weather (呈現(xiàn)新詞,圖形結(jié)合)
1) Ask the students to watch the CAI, and learn to say the words about the weather.
2) T does some actions to teach the words: hot , cold.
3) Play a game: Say out the word as quickly as you see the picture. (看課件快速說單詞)
2.Teach the signs about the weather(游戲操作,引出圖標)
1)Let’s watch CAI carefully, guess the meaning of the sign. (課件顯示各種圖標,學生們踴躍猜測它所表示的意思)
2)Play a game: “大腦風暴,玩中練詞”(教師利用多媒體課件快速閃過三到四種天氣狀況的圖標,然后讓學生快速回憶所見到的圖標,并用英語說出單詞)
2. Learn to say the chant to consolidation the words. (巧用兒歌,樂中鞏固)
Hot, hot, It will be hot. Cold ,cold , It will be cold.
Rainy, rainy, It will be rainy. Snowy, snowy, It will be snowy.
Sunny, sunny, It will be sunny. Windy, windy, It will be windy.
1) Watch CAI and listen to the chant.
2) Watch CAI and follow the chant together.
3) Have a competition among the groups.
4.Teach the word : weather. ( 多媒體課件顯示各種天氣狀況的圖標,教授“天氣”這個單詞)
1)T: Look ,boys and girls. These are all about the weather . Read after me : weather, weather
2)Today we are going to talk about the weather tomorrow. (課件顯示本課的課題:The Weather Tomorrow )
5. Teach the new sentence pattern: It will be windy in Beijing .
