教學(xué)目標(biāo):
1.知識(shí)目標(biāo)
①鞏固復(fù)習(xí)上一單元學(xué)習(xí)的形容詞以及形容詞比較級(jí):tall—taller short—shorter strong—stronger old—older
、趯W(xué)會(huì)并能口頭運(yùn)用Beijing is bigger than Tianjin.
、蹖W(xué)習(xí)并能識(shí)別運(yùn)用短語:Mount Qomolangma、Mount Tai、The Great Wall、The Summer Palace
2..結(jié)合實(shí)際,讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)比較和描述兩個(gè)事物。
3.從情感目標(biāo)方面讓學(xué)生了解祖國的河流、山川、城市及名勝古跡等。使學(xué)生更加愛自己的祖國。
教學(xué)重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn):
1.學(xué)習(xí)并能識(shí)別運(yùn)用詞組:Mount Qomolangma、The Great Wall、The Summer Palace。
2.能口頭表達(dá)及描述兩個(gè)事物的差異,掌握句子:Beijing is bigger than Tianjin等句子。

教學(xué)設(shè)想:
通過本節(jié)課的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生可以掌握形容詞的原級(jí)及比較級(jí)的一般變化規(guī)律,并學(xué)會(huì)使用比較級(jí)句型比較和描述兩個(gè)事物。與現(xiàn)實(shí)生活結(jié)合起來,讓所學(xué)知識(shí)在生活中得到具體運(yùn)用。從學(xué)法上,突出了學(xué)生的主體。從內(nèi)容的安排上,從詞到句子,循序漸進(jìn), “在學(xué)中玩,在玩中學(xué)。”不但讓學(xué)生掌握了新知識(shí),還培養(yǎng)了學(xué)生的自信,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。
教學(xué)過程
Step 1 Warm-up
1.Greetings. Good morning, boys and girls. How are you today? I’m fine, thank you. And you?
2.Chant:
Tall, tall, taller, Amy’s taller than Lingling.
Old, old, older, Amy’s older than Lingling.
Short, short, shorter, Sam’s shorter than Daming.
Young, young, younger, Sam’s younger than Daming.
上課時(shí),我先通過和學(xué)生的互動(dòng),再通過一首chant引出了上節(jié)課的內(nèi)容。真正達(dá)到了復(fù)習(xí)舊知、引出新知。
Step 2 Lead-in
Do you like travelling? Today, I’ll take you to visit some beautiful and famous places. There are four stops in our trip. First, close your eyes please!
1.the Changjiang River and the Yellow River
T: CAI shows the picture of the Changjiang River. T: What is it? Ss: the Changjiang River. CAI shows the picture of the Yellow River. T: And this is… Ss: the Yellow River.
問同學(xué)們知道兩條河的長(zhǎng)度么?再告訴學(xué)生長(zhǎng)江長(zhǎng)6397km, 黃河長(zhǎng) 5464km. 讓學(xué)生比較Which is longer? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出句子: The Changjiang River is longer than the Yellow River. 單詞:long long longer 分組讀 比較級(jí)和原級(jí) 排火車 小組競(jìng)賽
2.Mount Qomolangma, Mount Tai (出示課件)
I want to travel around the world one day, climb Mount Qomolangma and Mount Tai is my dream.(展示兩幅圖,分別教學(xué))
大多數(shù)學(xué)生可能對(duì)泰山的了解比較多一點(diǎn),再和學(xué)生說:Mount Tai, it is in our Shandong province.并問學(xué)生 Have you ever been there?
同學(xué)們可能對(duì)Mount Qomolangma(分音節(jié)讀)不是很了解,可以給學(xué)生們講一下,It is the highest mountain in our earth!
問學(xué)生 Which is higher, Mount Tai or Mount Qomolangma? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出Mount Qomolangma is higher than Mount Tai. 學(xué)習(xí)單詞 High,high,higher.
3.the Great Wall, the Summer Palace
Ss: 長(zhǎng)城!T: Yes, it’s the Great Wall! the Great Wall ( 手勢(shì)表示 great , wall ) 長(zhǎng)城是人們智慧的結(jié)晶 (wall, wall, the Great Wall)
CAI shows the picture of the Summer Palace. Ss: 頤和園! T: Yes, you are right. It’s the Summer Palace. “summer” means 夏天 ,palace 宮殿,So the Summer Palace. How beautiful they are!
